"The 2005 Esca Cabernet Sauvignon is dark ruby in color. Heady aromas of currant, blackberry and blueberry are on the forefront. Nuances of oak flavors including toasted oak and caramel are integrated into the wine. The palate is soft and supple and the finish continues to linger."

The 2004 Esca Cabernet Sauvignon was made from 100% Napa Valley grapes from several regions including Rutherford, St. Helena and Conn Valley. The wine was aged for 18 months in 100% French oak barrels and was bottled in April 2006.

This Cabernet Sauvignon is elegant and focused. The nose reveals blackberry, blueberry and currant flavors with underlying floral tones. The wine possesses purity and supple tannins on the finish.

The 2003 Esca Cabernet Sauvignon was made from 100% Napa Valley grapes grown on the western hillsides of St. Helena in the Spring Mountain AVA. The wine was aged for 18 months in 100% French oak barrels and was bottled in April 2005.

This Cabernet Sauvignon is dense and has tremendous concentration. The nose reveals ripe blackberry aromas, blcak licorice, cedar and sage with underlying mineral and earthy tones. The wine is big-bodied with mouth-coating tannins.
